A multilingual marketplace connecting farmers and fertilizer plants
OrganiX is a mobile marketplace designed around a local agricultural supply chain in Navsari, Gujarat. Farmers can buy organic fertilizer from plants and sell eligible raw material back through the same application.

01 / The problem
What the team needed to fix
The local market involved two connected transactions: farmers needed access to organic fertilizer, while plants needed suitable raw material. Information and ordering were difficult to coordinate through informal channels.
The mobile experience also needed to be understandable for users with different language preferences and levels of technical comfort.
02 / The build
How I approached the system
Our team built a Flutter application with Firebase and Node.js services. The app supports product discovery, two-way marketplace flows, OTP verification, multilingual interfaces and order history.
The project was developed as an academic team project and won a state-level SSIP hackathon in 2023.
